Do Contractor Pensions Differ to Private Pensions?

While contractor pensions don’t differ in their structure or set up compared to private pensions where they do differ is how the pension is funded. If a permanent worker wanted a pension they would fund of this from their personal bank account, while a contractor will fund their pension from an limited company as a company investment or an employee investment.

If a contractor is using a limited company they also have a number of different funding options available to them, which Tony goes into detail about in the video
